Lupita has lived since 2019 in Baja California Sur, where she has participated 4 land investments (3x multiple in La Ventana, and an average of 2x multiple in 3 transactions in Todos Santos), and has advised buyers to acquire 10 land properties in Baja.

Gonzalo is a strategic finance leader with over 14 years of experience in private equity, real estate, and family office management.
Co-founder and CFO at Inspira, where he leads financial strategy, investment structuring, and capital planning.
Former CFO at RIBRA Capital, a Mexico-based family office, where he led organizational development, asset optimization and portfolio management.
Previously Portfolio Manager at DD3 Capital Partners, where he built and managed a hospitality portfolio across Mexico and led key partnerships in the real estate and hospitality sectors. He also held investment roles at TC Latam and CBRE, managing transactions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Gonzalo holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.
